Meet Kiara Johnson
Director of Operations & Community Engagement.
Kiara helps keep AWG organized and connected through volunteer outreach, event planning, and community engagement. From coordinating behind the scenes to welcoming guests at our events and hosting! She plays an important role in bringing our vision to life.
Kiara is an entrepreneur, psychology student, and founder of Revenge Collective, with experience in ABA therapy and healthcare, she brings a heart for service and a passion for helping others grow. Rooted in faith, her mission is to empower, uplift, educate, and inspire others to walk boldly in their purpose.

Meet Khadijah Powell
Administrator & Lead Volunteer Coordinator
As AWG’s Lead Volunteer Coordinator & Administrator she brings creativity an open mind, and a heart for building genuine sisterhood, a welcoming space where women can be themselves, support one another and grow together in faith.
Khadijah is a mother, future wife that’s passionate about creativity, connection, and personal growth. Shaped by Islamic, and Christian influences, she values understanding her personal relationship with God.

Daneisha is a passionate cook, entrepreneur, and owner of Ohh Taste and See Catering and Decorating Services. She brings people together through delicious food, creativity, and memorable experiences while building a lasting legacy. We are excited to join the AWG Movement because we’re truly all we’ve got!
